We have a user who's mailbox keeps reporting that it is over the size limit

Checking the folder size from exchange shows that none of the folders are taking up much space, it is in the root of the mailbox?

How can I access that part of his mailbox and delete the items?

Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2007

Thanks

Don't know how to do it in 2007, but in 2003 you can right click on the "Mailbox - User" node, click properties, and click Home Page. Untick "Show home page by default for this folder" and you can see what files are in that folder.

Hope that helps
