making protein shake- tips?

another vote for plain protein in water :p

After the gym the best thing is to just have it with water, as it is absorbed the fastest afaik!

However i have one of these every night:

Couple scoops of whey
Oats
Bannana
Fat dollop of peanut butter
Bit of chocolate powder for flavouring

sometimes a yoghurt or some ice cream goes well too :p
