Malaysian Grand Prix 2015, Kuala Lumpur - Race 2/19

Few more laps and Vettel might be infront of Rosberg and with a pit stop in hand potentially. At this point I think Merc will be thinking about trying to do one further stop, but the pace they need to go to do only one further stop is going to be slow. However if he does 15-20 laps with these tires then finds out he needs to do 2 stops anyway, that could screw them a lot.

EDIT:- is Massa the only pass Rosberg has made, all the other ones being mistakes from the guy in front?

Ricciardo radio.

"Struggling still with understeer at high speed. Killing the rears everwhere else."
"Understood. Car is still hot. Brakes are still hot"

Vettel needs to stop and go onto the hard tyre. Lewis will stop and go on to the soft tyre. So Lewis is in a good place right now.

Very unlikely Ham will go on to mediums(I presume he started on them), pitting before the 6th lap means both sets have go go 25-27 laps(not quite sure exactly which lap they stopped), that has 2 x hards written all over it in these conditions.

Looks like Ferrari's hand was forced there with Kimi's pitstop. Only he and the two leaders were in the 1:46s but when you're catching the Hulk train, what are you going to do.

Vettel is doing well so far. Must be in, in a few laps though.

Surprise surprise Maldonado

Hamilton now taken 0.5s out of Vettel.

Maldonado under investigation for exceeding safety car lap time.

Not a fan of Maldonado, but for the guys way way down, particularly those who were screwed with punctures or the like, that they can't close up under the safety car is stupid. There should be a sector time where in this case sector 1 time has to be horrifically slow because that is where the incident is, but the cars are free to catch up to the pack in any sector free of accident problems.

Kimi and Maldonado should have been able to get on the back of the pack everywhere that wasn't near the accident site.
