Man on his bike after erection during naked cycle ride

A man of excitable nature suffered an enormous erection whilst attending a naked bike ride.

The man was instructed to put some jeans on, cease taking part in the event, and got a stern telling off by police, who collected his details.

I can't decide whether or not to feel sympathy for the guy, to be honest. I think I need the sage consideration of the GD brain trust to help my moral compass.

Some points for consideration:
1. Was the guy just a perv?
2. Is an erection an involuntary response - should this really be something to be on police record for?
3. Would cycling naked be better or worse for chaffing than lycra?
4. What about cotton?
5. Or rain-soaked jeans?
6. "it was a horrible sight" said one witness. Does anyone else wish that this had been said to the press about their junk?
7. Or is it just me?
8. has anyone ever had a more awkwardly timed chub-on?
9. Is it actually possible to fart while riding a bike naked?
10. Any other business

I don't cycle naked but when cycling in clothes sometimes the rubbing motion of cycling and my penis moving about from the motion of my thighs moving up and down can cause me to become erect.

Usually it subsides naturally within a few minutes.
I think it's wrong to assume the man had a hardon because he was sexually excited about naked people or because he has some exhibitionist fetish.

Most likely just a harmless hardon every man should be aware they happen and you don't get the urge to fap it's not sexual in the slightest more annoying than anything

I didn't mean my thighs are basically jerking me off just the movement in the clothing or my penis bouncing slightly over a bump etc
