what the hell way do you cycle!!??! never had this happen to me, you maybe need to make sure you don't leave the house with a 'loaded gun' if your man bits stand up and take notice so easily! :p

Usually it subsides naturally within a few minutes.
I think it's wrong to assume the man had a hardon because he was sexually excited about naked people or because he has some exhibitionist fetish.

Most likely just a harmless hardon every man should be aware they happen and you don't get the urge to fap it's not sexual in the slightest more annoying than anything

It happens to me sometimes, but only on my road bike, usually after approximately 12 miles. It's annoying.
 
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I prefer to wear clothes.

I find the hole situation rather hypocritical: yes, it's fine to be naked but - God forbid - you get sexually aroused! A floppy is fine, but an erection is offensive to all around you!

I imagine it was a hard job for that Policeman, imagine having to give a man with a bobbing boner a stiff telling off?
