The fact that Mancini even has five votes is appalling. It has to be Pardew, or Dave Jones from the lower leagues. Both managers were given a rough time by the fans and press and still performed - I saw the Sheffield Telegraph even printed an apology to Dave Jones last time I was up there.
 
Pardew for me but I am slightly biased.

Ben Arfa and Cisse have been steals for what they cost and what they've done. Newcastle's finish has been beyond expectation as I thought they'd be in a relegation fight this season.
 
Has to be Pardew.

Can't believe that people are saying RDM. He fluked his way to the champions league final by playing horrendously defensive football and riding their luck massively. They could have gone out in any of their quarter, semi and final if the other team had brought their shooting boots.

I just can't help shake the feeling that RDM is not really controlling things as the manager, he is simply letting the squad play how they want and know.
 
I voted thinking it must be prem manager of the season as RDM was not in there. :(

Surely RDM has a good chance if it is just manager of the season - he took a struggling team and against all the odds, they won the double.

He took a team that couldn't be bothered to show up for their previous manager and let them play the same sort of football they have played for years with all the same players pretty much.

They rode their luck massively and played really negative football in the CL in both their last 2 matches.

Beating Liverpool in the state they are at the moment is nothing to be particularly proud of. Liverpool won a trophy for Christ sake. Maybe it should go to Dalglish.

If RDM gets the job full time for a season we will see how good a manager he is.
 
Alan Pardew. A really serious overachievment this season. Hope he doesn't get the rug pulled out from under him in the transfer market this summer.
