Manchester Crane Fail

Looks like he wasn't lifting anything though?

He could have been lifting something then gave way, i.e. ground load.

Then the load moved to make room etc.

Cranes just don't topple over, people have to do something wrong for this to happen.

Dodgy footing, wrong lift procedure, wrong lift etc.

Health & Safety exec's have loads of these pictures I bet lol

Some pictures I was shown before christmas were classic. Somebodys vehicle had fallen into the sea so a crane was brought in whilst the tide was out and the crane wasnt setup correctly so it fell over. Then another crane was brought in and also fell ontop of the first one. Then another crane and guess what... yes it toppled aswell lol. Major headaches for all that day lol.
