Manchester restaurant recommendation

Any decent place to get ribs? I cant see many options in Manchester compared to London.

I would head out of town to one of the Hickorys venues if looking for bbq. There is one in Wilmslow. Not as good as being in Texas, but they do a full platter with beef and pork ribs, wings, sausage, brisket and pulled pork - it's good.
