ugh.. head pounding, nose/throat raw, sniffles, tickly cough.

I've got Mancold™

I've prescribed plently of Hot Ribena, the occasional Lemsip when it gets too painful, and plenty of moaning and groaning.

If I were not overdue for my NVQ, I'd be at home right now, waddling around in my Dressing Gown and Slippers, but alas, I'm here, in the office, sufferring.

Oh woe is me..

Anyone else suffering from this mortal-wound like disease?

Aye, we have an industrial strength version which has mutated on Butlins that's going around here, being a local I'm getting on with it but lots of others are dying. It's quite amusing :D
 
you aint the only one :(

felt awful since yesterday morning :( came home from work after i was sick :eek: and havent had the energy to even sit down since this morning :(
 
I think ive got MANFLU at the moment, head pounding, nose running, Coughing and im at work "What the hell am i doing"

Ive also got a flu jab this evening and not sure if it is a good idea as i already have the flu and putting more flu into me won't help me.
 
Manflu is just the same as Birdflu but you can still manage to reverse into a parking space.

I'm getting the flu jab soon, I think it's definitely worth it if you can get one.

I'm not sure about the flu jab.. I don't take anti-biotics (never have, never will unless absolutely no other choice and the condition is life threatening :p)

I'm not a very conventional medicinal type person, except the odd lemsip when I get mancold/manflu :o
 
I know how u feel..

I also have mancold!

Its not so bad now had the weekend of trying to flush with out with alcholic beverages sort of worked not so head coldy now. But Friday i was knocking on deaths door. I went through a whole box of tissues havent done that since i was a weee teenager perfecting a certain art :p !

Back on the road to recovery now.

Seeing her again in a week.. I'll be sure to interogate her. Going ice skating as well and she assures me she can't skate, so if she lies to me I'll leave her stranded in the middle of the rink. :D

Bah men are wusses, and im a man, Woman get ill, thats it they get on with life, men get ill and they do nothing but moan, oh my throat, oh my head... Just get on with it and forget about it, if your anything like me it will be gone by friday
