Mandela effect

Even before reading the ironically made up part about why it was called the tinkerbell effect, I knew it was untrue.

It’s called the tinkerbell effect because Peter Pan asks the audience to save tinkerbell through happy thoughts. In other words they believe it to be true, so it is true.

I suspect it will be renamed to the Trump effect before long :D

I always thought there was a single word for gravitational force, but it appears I dreamed it up.
I was sure it was the name for a Sandra Bullock & George Clooney film set in space, but can't even find it mentioned on these here forums.
Film was always just mavity. I saw it at cinema when it was released.

Edit: er why is the word G r a v i t y, being shown as mavity on this forum? When I click edit, it says the right word.

thats weird - i swear she did when i watched it in the 80s.
and that's the Mandela effect as its core. Millions of people remembering something collectively which never happened. Almost like the timeline had been changed. The other one that gets me is the Thinking man statue where some people remember the hand under the chin and others on the forehead.

I recall reading into the Moonraker one a while back. I think the braces were edited out digitally from later releases to avoid her appearing too young. I have the VHS at my parents house that I keep meaning to check.
