I think it would be best if you didn't make such a thread. With all the arguments OcUKs morale would get shot to hell and Spie will have no choice but to close the forums.

Yep, this is my method, sometimes I'll chuck a clove of garlic in with the butter.

For garlic, I use a razor blade to slice ultra-thin transparent slivers of garlic and allow it to melt into the butter.

Yep, that's where I got the idea from and it works a treat.

Steak looks great

My way is get a dry pan very hot rock salt an fresh ground pepper into pan throw in steak wait 1 minute, salt pepper face side, turn over wait 1 minute remove and rest. Serve with large home made chunky chips, 2 fried eggs and a cold beer

Its 10.50pm an now I'm getting hungry for steak & a beer
