Not exactly, red bull decided to let them passed. In case they got a drive through. It was a blatant advantage with all wheels well of the track.

That hasn't worked out to bad for button. 8th place and more than likely an extremely full fuel tank.

short last stint, he still had 6 or 7 laps more fuel. Then put in 9.4 seconds of fuel. The leaders came in a few laps earlier and put in about 9 seconds. So he should have at least 8 laps more than the leaders.
