F8 During startup, select Safe Mode.

Could be the cable. Did you use the same cable with both monitors?

Try with another cable. If still the same then it's likely to be the graphics card.

Hey guys i just went into bios again the marks are displayed!!

i wil have to try another vga cable once i test it ill get back to you and tell if it works..

hey guys i have tried a different vga cable and used the second port on the graphic card, still the same problem???

That mark looks like dirt or scratches on the screen, it could even be a pressure mark. Is it the same with the lights off and curtains drawn? (reflections)

Does it only show in vista? does it show when you play video? try this , I know is not dead pixel, but worth a try....

Hey guys ive used differnt vga adapaters however i havnt used a dvi cable as i dont have one.. you think that could be the problem??

because vga cable conected to my tv works fine??
