US: Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (US timeline) *spoilers*

I think ward is pretty cool and he still has plenty purpose left remember he is the new hydra head now, ward made an excellent twist to AoS since he was the pinnacle or leader of the team.

I look forward to the next season :)

I honestly don't see Mockingbird and NotHawkeye being able to carry a show. Don't particularly see the need for a show that is seemingly going for the same things AOS is already doing either.

yeah do agree I think they are not strong enough characters but its not required they can easily have them do there thing on the side and cross connect it with aos......

I think abc are stretching a little here where as daredevil and the other shows have great central characters which deserve their own show, I think ABC should plan similar.

lol missed nothawkeye

If they want to give them a story arc or two within the AOS run I certainly wouldn't be opposed (lets be honest AOS having to tell a tighter story would likely benefit it as well) but like I said I still don't see them as a fully fledged series.

I'll give it a try as it's the same universe but i don't really have much interest in seeing them with their own show. They're good supporting characters but way down on the pecking order of who i tune into AoS to see.

Really enjoyed the first episode back. Sky/Daisy getting more into the comic book character now, not to mentioned the snazzy new costume and (cough) t shirt :D

Glad Simmons is still about? How did you know it was a Kree planet? I must have missed the clue.

Well it could be a moon. Going from this;

I wonder why it pulled Simmons in and not Fitz at the end of the ep however. Maybe Simmons has the inhuman gene, which would be ironic considering she was so in fear of it?

Like other have said it was a good start to the season

Nice to see William Sadler back as President Ellis

Hell of an opening, wonder if it had started like this it would have gotten a better reception overall.

I don't think it's been outright stated to be a Kree planet anywhere given it was a device planted by the inhumans (ie Kree altered humans) the pieces certainly fit.

So wonder what Simmons power will be when they invariably reveal her to have the inhuman gene down the line for the "I've become the thing I was so afraid of" drama.

Episode was great. I didn't expect them to save Simmons so quickly.
Hoping not, although it does feel like it, that Daisy is going to be a cheesy "I can do everything with my powers" go to girl.

I don't know about that, but given the character in the comics, it'd not surprise me, after, she does end up with "level 10" clearance, which only Nick Fury and Black Widow are known to possess (though probably Coulson aswell).
