We have a theragun.

I put my lower back out badly about 7 years ago. It’s never got back to what it was but the gun has helped massively.

It really gets deep into the muscles and gets the blood moving to help repair.

I wouldn’t be without one tbh now. Not a miracle worker, but if you have problems, for self care resolution it’s a god send.

It was the first thing I've ever bought based off a facebook add, but it's great. I think they have helped me with tight calves and a bit of plantar fasciitus.

I've got a Theragun mini and it's been great for keeping my Plantar fasciitis under control when nothing else was working

Picked up one of these a year ago and it’s been a great replacement for an older chunky massage gun. Very much like the Pulsio Air linked earlier in the thread, but a good wedge cheaper!

I’ve got the Theragun Elite, and the mini (picked the latter up for £40 as a guy in gym who works for them gave us a code for refurbed ones)

It’s great for post ride/runs, and for loosening up before bigger events too. The mini is still pretty powerful and is good for travelling
