The masterchef threads always pop up in the food forums so I'd suggest they stay here
Aki seemed a good cook, as did 'neater of the bearded men man', and the Malteaser.
Sadly, Aki was incredibly annoying - a feature loved by television producers so she'll be in the final few no matter her cooking ability. <conspiracy>
They should have binned off both the final two - out of 'cocky flirt NI girl' and 'seemingly-nice-bald man', neither will win it and playing the 'you're both going through' card so early was completely unecessary.
There's such a staggering difference in the 'michelin kitchen' rounds between pro and amateur masterchef; that's a given, granted, but it really gives an early indication of those who are more likely to get to the end stages of the competition.
Professional chef last night = irritating, unhelpful and arrogant. But suprise bonus points awarded for "looks like someone has farted on a plate!"

I means I think I could see more chicken than bread crumbs and wtf is he oven cooking it for.
