MasterChef - back, bigger, better?

Tim is awesome. I'm hoping for a Tim/Sara final two.

Also, has anyone else seen Australian Masterchef? It's on Watch at the minute during the day, and I've got to say the format is brilliant (but absolutely nothing like the current UK Masterchef). The chefs seem to get tested far more rigorously and there's a lot more room to show off technical skill.

It's tough to call.

I don't mind who wins now as I like all of them. I'm still ****ed that Jackie stayed in and James was eliminated even though she didn't get 3 courses done in time.

Who's your money on?

Probably Tom based on the last couple of episodes.

Still want Tim to win though.

Have not really enjoyed the Australia/New York stuff, felt a bit rushed to be honest, and maybe a little pointless, but as someone who was a little annoyed about the change of format, I have really enjoyed it still! :D

I reckon Tim will go big and swing it with something approaching genius in the final. Tom has been getting so much better though, it's hard to tell. I just don't think Sara has the composure under pressure unfortunately.

Tim is truely amazing. I Love Masterchef, but i think his creativeness takes him that step above Tom and Sara. Tom has been getting better under pressure and always manages to pull it out the bag.

I have the Masterchef book from last year and the reciepes are fantastic.

I want Tim to win, he's a genius. Brilliant.

Tom is very good and I think he'll win.

Sara has surprised me as I didn't think he was good enough to stay in a while back.

I love Tim as well, and would love him to win, yes his dishes sometimes do not work 100% as they should, but he is willing to take that chance.

I want Tom to win. Tim is great and will go far, but hes to experimental for master chef and as such makes a few mistakes.

Sara has grown massively, but still feels she is behind the other two.

Thats the thing, they've all made mistakes and still do. Tom / Tim / Sara have had some pretty big balls ups.

I think Tom is the safe option, Tim is the Genius and Sara is lucky to be there.

I think Tom has made the least though, totally agree with Sara she is very lucky, but has been strong last two shows. But still out performed by the other two.

I think Tom has made no more or less then Tim. Tom plays it safe and unlike the others completely went to pot in one episode (I think it was the Veggie one), I agree they've all come on leaps and bounds though, even Sara.

Tom is just the safe option, Tim would be my choice, he's not a boring straight down the line cook, Tom is. Tim is willing to try new things and do things differently, which is the ear mark of a great chef these days isn't it? Creating something new or putting a bit of a mental spin on something.

I'm impressed by Sara, how she's adapted and done well but in reality she should have gone much nearer the start.

Great chef yes, it's what the public want. The true greats are still populated by classical cooks. I just don't think master chef is about utter experimental. Although I do think whatever happens he will probably be the bigger name among the three, just can't see him winning unless he calms it down a bit.

was an awesome show. really enjoyed that. Amazing processes tim got throw before presenting his food.

really enjoyed the music to this evenings show, was quirky and energetic.

well done mad professor........

I wanted Saras starter, Toms main and Tims pudding.

Boy I was wrong Tim totally pulled it out the bag, amazing menu and you could tell he won it when they just shook their heads in disbelief and then looked at each other.

Congratulations and boy was I wrong, but can we have the old or a new new format please

I can now say I've had a meal prepared for me by a masterchef champion - granted it was toast, but still...

(was in uni halls with his wife)
