Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

First attempt at a tennis accumulator refund on Coral and I'm £13 down because of a void match :(

1 horse racing refund today on Paddypower, barely covers my qualifying losses over the last few days. Need another tomorrow!

I haven't ventured much into matched betting other than the Bet365 offer. With that said, the VERY first thing I read was not to bet on tennis as a sure outcome event given the rules around void bets with most bookmakers. Lucky you got off rather cheaply.

There are 3/4 different 'rule books' that various bookies and exchanges fall into. So long as you use bookies and exchanges that fall into the same group it shouldn't be a problem. My issue comes from the fact that i'd layed the accumulator up to profit off all winning or 1 losing (and hitting the refund) but neither of those happened :o As far as I know there was no way around it but as void matches aren't exactly common I'm not too worried.

The Yesbets facebook group had a guide on which bookies are bets to go with that match the same rules as the exchanges.

I've just started matched betting for my HTCVive fund :D

I looked at yesbets, oddsmonkey and profit accumulator. I really liked the intro guides from yesbets but the matching tool on oddsmonkey and it seemed like PA may have the best community.

In the end I subbed to yesbets as i've been using their bets and balances to keep track of what little i've done so far and as a beginner I need good guides.

The first guide I looked at was the Bet365 in play offer for tonight and I have to say I was a little disappointed. The method doesn't seem to guarantee a profit.

What did they say? Place a pre-match bet of up to £50 (no minimum odds, calculate as normal) and lay the bet, then do the same in-play with another £50 of your own money (calculate as SnR) and choose something with higher odds. If your bet loses with bet365 you will be refunded up to £50 in cash a couple of hours after the match. If it wins, you win your profit instantly. For £50 you should be expecting £25 profit on a bad day and £40 on a really good day. Hope this helps :)

Unless you already had a Bet365 account you shouldn't be looking at tonight's offer anyway. The sign up offer is well worth doing even if you need to build up the bank for it first.

Unfortunately I set up a Bet365 some time ago just to watch games. I've never used the code they sent me and the offer is still showing on my account so I'll give it a go.

Cracking offer on bet365 for tonights game, place a £50 before game and they give you £50 for in game play bet. so it's risk free. However if you win your first bet you can withdraw that amount and if you win your bonus bet just place it on the other 2 games to make 3 times the amount.

Such a cracking deal.

Went for 1.5 over on goals, so it's irrelevant who scores in the game and/or who wins or losses aslong as the score is over 1.5 I get £75 return. then place another bet whilst in play £50 for Belgium to win or 2.5 goals over, if that bet wins just use the bonus winnings on other games to meet the required turn over aslong as it's over 1/2 odds.

With the free £50 in play bet, would you need to lay this bet as it is risk free and you get it back if you lose?

Plenty of offers on the game tonight I have lined up so far.

Coral - £10 pre match (correct score) - £10 in play

Paddypower - £20 prematch on winner - £5 per goal scored

Ladbrokes - £10 in play (as a result of the £20 inplay mobile on the Portugal game yesterday)

Betfred - £10 pre match - £5 in play

365 Offer - We all know that one

188Bet - £25 refund if premier league player scores first and bet loses (I went for a draw with a QL of 74p!)

Can't find that 188Bet offer on PA.

Its on Oddsmonkey, and I did see it on the website :

If you are eligible for the refund you have to email them etc (in the T&Cs) to get it within 48 hours.

Usually you can get livechat to verify it on the spot to speed it up.

Cheers for that Betbright one , will take a look now.
