Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

Don't withdraw from 10Bet until you've completed the wagering requirements. Their terms are pretty clear on this...

"13. Withdrawals requested before the bonus turnover requirements have been met shall result in cancellation of the promotion and any funds in your Sports Bonus Account and corresponding winnings shall be forfeited."

You could try betting the entire balance and hoping to bust out, but this could leave you with an even larger balance. Don't forget the maximum each bet will contribute towards the wagering requirement is £100.
 
so ideally he needs to make 14 losing bets then?

meanwhile in smalltimesville im wondering if i should go with putting down a bet thats 2quid off optimium, but will cycle me forward. also stumbled across a horse called knowitallhousewife :D
 
Took a bit of a risk last night (I know I shouldn't) and did some inplay betting on the Estudiantes v Union Santa Fe game, using 10Bet. Managed to make a profit of almost £30 so that will cover me should one of my bets go horribly wrong. Lost £150 from 10Bet so getting there slowly.

What odds would you consider "long"? Obviously anything over 2 has less than a 50% chance than happening (or so the bookies reckon) but the liability at Betfair quickly becomes ridiculous when betting over £1000 at once.

be careful betting on random teams like that, your likely to get your account grubbed if you do that too often. I'd stick with either horse's or well know teams.
 
i kind of did the same with a bonus bet. Paddy Power had a special going on with Sanchez and Costa scoring, odds were 12/1 so I jumped on it and came up trumps. I realized its not match betting but they took a while to verify my account and had to use my free bets that day
 
I was using the Acca Matcher on OddsMonkey and was working out really well. With the season now over, there are few of these about and the ones that are using leagues that are bound to end up getting me gubbed.

Any suggestions of what to do in the off season? Ive done a few arbs and dutches but is there a more regular method that I can use until the proper football starts again?

Been doing quite a lot of wagering on the 10Bet offer. Luckily slightly dwarfed by me "accidentally" winning £1000 at 10Bet (lay bet didn't go on at Betfair). Still, I hate gambling so I don't intend to do that again!

Can somebody explain why the odds at Betfair sometimes randomly change when you've placed the bet, even though there's plenty of money? On more than a couple of occasions I've chosen one of the three lay options and been given a different one to the one I chose - is it just a case of that's how quickly the market changes?

What do you mean you've chosen one of the 3 lay options? When you place a bet with the bookie you have to lay the exact same bet, you dont get to choose options on the lay. Once youve placed the bet the odds wont change on your bet but the odds will most likely change closer to the event and while in play for bets that havent been placed yet.

What I mean is, the odds are one of the three shown yet sometimes it still changes when I click submit? I didn't mean lay options, I meant odds, my bad.

ah ok. The odds can change in the split second before you place the bet. Hasn't happened often to me, but when it does its mostly on horses as the odds change so quickly on them.

I've come to the same conclusion as you. I'm guessing there might be some opportunities with the internationals but they might not be sequential, otherwise perhaps when the premier league clubs do their pre-season friendlies, but it'll be barren compared to the usual 2 or 3 per week per bookie in the season proper.

Ahh wish I saw this earlier diddums.

So I signed up to leovegas the other day and did the 100% boost profit thing. The first bet came through and now my account is "locked for security reasons" have tried emailing their support many times and their chat link goes no where. Anyone else had problems with this lot?

Actually don't worry they needed to verify my age. No emails or anything and finally got through to their support and they are slow as hell

what do u guys recommend for the champions league promo's?
should i match bet booky to booky, or do the normal booky exchange setup?
i can do netbet ten quid bet on match = 40quid of free bets, 888bets 10quid at 7/1 either team and finally mrgreen, 20quid bet prematch gives u 10quid ingame free bet.
