Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

what do u guys recommend for the champions league promo's?
should i match bet booky to booky, or do the normal booky exchange setup?
i can do netbet ten quid bet on match = 40quid of free bets, 888bets 10quid at 7/1 either team and finally mrgreen, 20quid bet prematch gives u 10quid ingame free bet.

I dont think thats how matched betting works. You need to lay the bet.

Say its team x vs y, you cant bet on team x winning then bet on team y winning as what happens when there is a draw? Thats the point in lay betting. You bet on x to win then you lay the bet that x doesnt win, i.e. a lose or a draw.

This.

Team Y winning is not the same as Team X not winning.

ok I will lay at exchange then :), I did wonder if a draw would be impossible because its a final they would go to penalties, but maybe they would do another match instead

You need to watch out because quite a few bookies only let their bets run until 90 mins, anything after that doesn't count. If it's a draw at 0-0 and goes to penalties, some bookies will consider it as a draw.

i got a couple of netbet promo emails, do u think its worth going for these 2 offers?
deposit 20, get 10 quid bonus (expires in 48hours :/)
on champions league ingame betting, get 50% refund on losing ingame bet upto £25

on ingame free bets in general, should i just match bet once like normal when match is underway?

Done all the offers on Oddsmonkey that use the oddsmatcher, just got the ones that don't left.

At this point, what should I be looking at doing? I still know nothing about accas.

Edit:

Just got an email from Betway. Free bet up to £25, as 50% of deposit, so £50 deposit is a £25 free bet.

Well I have done it and it seems to be going fine.

Apart from that, I'm essentially out of new bookies to sign up with. What do people recommend I do from here?
reloads is the way to go. There's the weekly skybet and coral, bet £25 get £5 and £10 (£5 online £5 instore)
After that its mainly the races, loads of 2nd place offers etc.

Apart from that its dead with the football season ended

Thanks mate.

What do you think about accs and bingo/casino?
Not touched the ACC's really yet, my problem is most weekends is be at a match so not in to do the lays.

Bingo, done a few of the signup offers, about 50/50 some you make £5 - £15 profit others you get nothing.

Casino, a lot of this it luck and I'm **** out of it lol.
The casino cruncher at yesbet is worth it as you easy make back what it costs

The betting club offers look quite good. My question is: do you have to do mug bets in addition to the bets you place to qualify each week? If so, how many?

Some do, but myself I haven't done any. I think it depends if your back bets win a lot, I had a run of about 5-6 back wins on betfair and they ended up restricting my account. So it might be worth doing a few if you get a couple of back wins close together.

Are all the reload offers ones which involve placing multiple bets to get a free bet? Seems awfully tedious.
Most of best ones at the moment are 2nd place. So match bet a horse and hope in finishes 2nd then get a free bet usually £25 or £20.
Other ones are bet on the winner and if it wins again free bet.

Best to pick the horse with the best (most likely to win) odds then and just hope for some reason it comes second instead?

So I've had a dabble at this yesterday and today, did the tutorial on oddsmonkey and so far seem to be about £20 up, question though is where do i go from here?

Do I just hunt down offers and do those, using minimum bets to trigger the offer then use the offers to make the money back?

And when it comes to the odds, i basically need the BET and LAY to be as close to each other as possible right?
