matrix vs top

for similar price - would people recommend the Matrix or the Gigabyte GHz edition (Windforce)

Matrix is better but is also huge and 3 slots which could make adding another difficult.

Now I have mine up and running I could not be happier. With the core at 1300Mhz I get a slight hum from the fans under load and it sits at around 62.c.

ooh I'm so tempted to take a punt on one of these on Monday

only thing really putting me off is touted lengths of warranty returns with this manufacturer vs say the Gigabyte (even if a bit slower)

will have a think tonight - at least at £250 odd its not really much of a gamble

What about the artefacts at stock you mentioned?

So it's all working fine? 1375MHz is pretty amazing on air.

I have run it at 1400Mhz but the fans need to be at %100 which is silly loud I only ran through heaven valley once so unsure how stable this really was. Tbh at 1375Mhz they ramp up a fair bit. I have settled with 1200Mhz and 1.256v as it performs nice and is quite. I see no visable difference in game between 1200 & 1375 so will stick with that for now.

The only real downside is the size of the card. There is no way I could run a pair of these in crossfire as they would sit on top of each other and I imagine the top card would melt.
