duck, simba have a £200 marketting cost on every bed (earlier post) so does not surprise me Ikea is good vfm - (no embedded delivery cost on ikea too)I have Ikea's cheapest spring double at £80, preferred it to the £500 Sleeping Duck mattress I tried, they're much better than you'd think for the money.
How did you guys get this 15%, I tried the leave some items in the basket trick and i only got 10% and a mattress topper
I am 1000 percent I can give you a 15 percent code right now. I basically went to checkout our in all details and bailed out a day later I had a email from a employee asking if anything can do and that’s how I got it. The code is relevant but the sales person needs to put the pillows onto the order
Send me a trust if you want some details
How are you getting on with this mattress? I'm looking at getting the same, did you go for medium/firm or firm?Just bought an Ikea mattress, a Hyllestad. Our current mattress is an Ikea one too. It's going on the spare bed.
Always found the Ikea ones comfortable and durable. It's £250 so not expensive. If we don't like it we can swap it out within 90 days.
We were going for the more expensive Hokkasen mattress but after trying them both the cheaper one seemed more comfortable.
Time will tell.
Anyone got any recommendations for the best of cheap mattresses? We will be spending a far chunk on one later on but for now other things are taking priority so we plan to get one for a month or two, make it the spare bed mattress and go and get ourselves a proper new nice one.
We don't want the cheapest of the cheap as that would be mean on guest and ourselves for a little while but as it will primarily be a guest bed its a bit of a waste spending a lot on one.
We were looking at the pocket sprung ikea one (Hovag) so something in that budget area would be ideal. There is so many different brands etc out there but unsure of best bang for buck. Obviously we will test them.
Currently looking for a mattress, but am going to need it by the end of August/beginning of September
I've been looking at the premier Inn king size - anyone got any recommendations for that price range? Girlfriend has fibromyalgia and so needs something supportive and not super squishy memory foam. She really likes the premier Inn one, just the lead time on it putting me off
You must have a spare room that needs s bed? Get that bed first with quicker delivery and then get your one on order. Still have a bed to use although may not be exactly what you want be it’ll only be a few weeks surely?
read the john ryan premier inn review ref'd earlier .. non-reversible, quetionable longevity ... john ryan pocket when I come round to replacing.I've been looking at the premier Inn king size
I find tempur too warm and restrictive vs pocket ... but they do 'free trials' too like the matrressmemory foam mattress but I hear they are warmer to sleep on that pocket spring
