Such a good day today, had to do the first little open water swim of the year! Damn I forgot how hard it is to get your head under in the cold water and breathing rhythm right!

If you don't mind me saying, you were very low bodyfat and very low mass when you embarked on this venture, and swimming as much as you do will always hurt gains. However, look between your arms and chest and you will find hat you're looking for...

Incidentally, I recently went on holiday to Cyprus and was amazed at the huge increase in power from 14months of compound lifting, so have that to look forward to, too.
Been doing abit more strength activity, really noticed my back strength, pull ups have gone from zero for 5 sets of 5 reps . Weight still going up as well.
