Max Payne 3!!!!

It will never be as good as Max Payne 1 or 2

They'll use the Europhia Engine they used on GTAIV, but with the classic 'Slo-mo' style

It has potential i think, but im aabit gutted about Max's new design n look.

Seems so stupid to change the game. The setting and graphic novel style were unique, the games had some very mature grit and humour, but were still fun to play! Why sacrifice what made Max so good

Because it is not being developed by the people who made the original games.

As allready been said, the true sequel is being made by someone else.

Championship Manager <> Football Manager
Far Cry <> Crysis
Max Payne <> Alan Wake

First Sam Fisher has changed character, now Max Payne, who next? The Master Chief? Will he come out of his body suit and so too will become some bald headed, beer belly, tattooed plastered, unshaved, ex-convict?

God if they're using that engine it'll be carp. I know nothing of the game as I don't want to read into spoilers for MP3, but a mate showed me some magazine review screens a few days ago. Not sure if I'll like the general design of Max himself.

Why would it automatically be "carp" if they use Euphoria?

They certainly ruined 1 and 2 on the PS2. Maybe you should've linked the xbox covers...

The first 2 games were designed for PC - this one wont be. It might still be a good game but without Remedy deveoping I'm not holding my breath.

The xbox versions were decent ports. The PS2 versions looked and ran terrible, particularly the 2nd game.

tbh I liked GTA IV and pretty much every game rockstar have made... however I have only played their games on consoles so that might be why.

MP1 and 2 were amazing but I think MP3 is going to be a console port which will ruin it. why they felt the need to change the location and max I have no idea

I don't see why having the game on consoles will 'ruin it' as they are hardly the most PC based gameplay. Shoot, run, shoot, slow-motion. It is the style of the game which gives it its edge and it had oodles of it.

Playing throuhg Max Payne 1 and 2 at the moment (just about to finish MP1) and the games are awesome.

I'm not holding out my hopes that MP3 will be any good. Shame.
