you bet wrong, don't make assumptions. i eat what i like when i like. i am 6ft 2 and weigh 12.5 - 13 stone.
i exercise at least 3 times a week so don't feel the need to diet or lose weight.
however you obviously know everything about food and nutrition.
big macs and subways are bad for you, plain and simple. if you want to feed your face that crap thats your choice.
DIET isn't something you do every 6 months when you get fat - it is how you eat for life. I eat very well - average of 7-8 portions of fruit and veg a day, exercise regularly, and enjoy a McDonalds or Subway every few weeks. Please explain to me why this is "bad for me".
