McDonalds Monopoly

If anyone get's Park Lane and Mayfair, get in touch with me.

I'll get the play board and we can split it 50/50.
:D

I wounder how many prizes each year Mcdonalds don;t end up paying out.
A helluva lot, I reckon.

Oh, and I think you were right about the "only printing one winning ticket" theory... a mate used to work in a food factory where they ran similar gimmicks. Not only did they only produce one winning combination, but they knew the exact packet that the 'rare' winning ticket was added to, and even which store it was destined for. They then had security guards watching the production line on the day it was distributed to make sure none of the employees tried anything sneaky.

Well I did check when I got home and my heart stopped as I saw a purple sticker on the Mayfair tab I thought "HOLY ****!", then I realised that my other half had actually put a Park Lane tab in the Mayfair space. :(

not entirely sure how this scheme works but the misses threw away the orange one with a pre loaded 1000 visa card on it the other night when we went bowling saying that its all bull.

Am i wrong in thinking shes just thrown away £1000, if she has imma smack her chuck norris stlye

Just fine her. :D

this is retarded and if you think you can win, then you are as well...

if there is one prize of 500k then they print off one Mayfair and as someone already said, it's likely that it has already been thrown in the bin.
Why would you take £5k for it? you'd pick the other off the floor outside of mcdonalds because the rest are just common.

I won a mini last year. I was in the local paper.

I remember when I was little there was a cludedo game going about, i think from mc ds and you had to collect three things and I was out with a friend (9 - 12 yrs old at the time) saw the red lady on the floor in the grass pointed at it to my mate then said my parents are collecting them and left it, went home later to find out thats the only one they needed went back that night with my family and some touches top price i think was 500k or something never found it and to this day i remember what it looks like not that nobody believes me.

I have 8 mayfairs! ;)

Your eyesight is going bad. :p

no what it means is that they will only PAY OUT one prize, they have probably printed more than 1 and will only honour the first claim

That's ridiculous. There is only one, with it's own unique number.

This goes for all the very large prizes in these games. Thirty seconds on wikipedia will confirm it.

I got a sticker for a drink on my fries, which had a sticker on it for a mcflurry, which had a sticker on it for another drink. :D

Oh and this is all a big scam thing really. It's like the scratch cards. You scratch 2 off and they're both the same (surprise surprise), then you scratch the last one off and it's different (surprise surprise). You go "Ohhh so close!" and buy another.
