I've managed to resist the urge to go to either the KFC or McDonalds that are a 10-15 min walk away from me for a long time.
Recently I was having huge cravings for either a Pizza hut pizza or a curry take away ... I negated them both with a cheapo frozen pizza with spices and chilli on it (the same Pizza that I made a thread about, I've not had another since).
1 or 2 frozen pizzas per week are managing to stave off my junk food cravings, and they are only around 450 Calories each, but I am still completely unable to control my cake / chocolate cravings
