Mcdonalds strikes again!!!

From the article: She claims the cup was over-filled, the lid was not attached correctly and the cup holder was not adequate to hold the two beverages.

Clearly this is a cup holder design fault, as my car is more than capable of holding two large drinks in the cup holders. At least she won't be reproducing for a while.

However, I've never understood why some places serve it so hot, think of the money they'd save by brewing 15 degrees lower. Also you wouldn't need to wait for it to cool down before drinking..

Pretty sure it impacts the dissolving of the chocolate dust stuff if the temp ain't high enough. For example with tea it has a negative impact on the taste. Something to do with oxides and tannins and stuff.
