McDonalds

I <3 McDonald's! Big mac meal with banana milkshake yes please! I proberly go in once every 2-3 months, I don't ever order kebabs or pizzas, the odd curry here and there but thats about it.

God last kebab I had was awful, proceeded to eat it walking through my local park at 4:00am in pitch black, all the grease and fat had dried up all over my hands, once I got home the sight of it put me off kebabs for the rest of my life!

I'm quite lucky with a high metabolism so don't put on weight easily!

My diet is poor though if I'm honest! Saying that I am 5'11" weighing 12st iirc so borderline! :P

Well I'm a fitness fanatic, play football 3 times a week & go to the gym at least 4 times on top of that. I'm 5ft 10" & weigh 13 & a half stone. Its mainly muscle but my point being for your height 12st isn't that bad at all mate...

Nope.. He's fine... I agree

I swim a lot, push ups and sit ups, with walking a fair amount and eat a well balanced diet with the odd take away at the weekends... Pizza is my worse, and I'm 6ft 4" and I weigh just under 14st.

so he's fine.....

As for asking for no salt on fries, if I ever do have something like BK or KFC (rare I might add) I do ask for no salt.... I honestly can't remember the last time I had KFC, BK or Mcdonalds... I mainly go for Chinese or Pizza if I'm having filthy food.. lol

Yeah in all honesty I think my weight is fine, I just really need to get my act together and tone up and do some sort of fitness... I tried the gym a few times but just couldn't keep to it, I found it boring going on my own and the gym was pretty hardcore, not much to look at lol.

Most people say you have to change you're whole lifestyle, I mean I never altered my diet etc so I guess I was destined to fail.

Maybe I should try a more family type gym like Virgin Active and try swimming or something.

Swimming is fantastic and will tone you up. Gym can be bit hardcore, I didn't like gym either, but warmed well to swimming, you can go at a pace that best suits you, build up the lengths you do each time you go, its great and you feel so much better for doing it...

Anyhow how have we all de-railed this thread so much..!! lol

Does 7 1/2 stone at 18 eating fast food everyday sound healthy to you?

No, it doesnt. But thats because he isnt eating enough fast food. If he ate more Big Macs and Quarter Pounders, he would definitely put on some extra weight.

So, you prefer your food to be:

Bad tasting
Ludicrously expensive
Available 5 hours after ordering

:p

McDonalds is delicious and you know it!

Au contraire... I like good tasting food which is nutritious and healthy - hence my disgust at McDonalds. :) It doesn't have to be expensive either. ;)

Can't stand McDonalds. You can get much better food without having to pay much more, in terms of value for money it is truly awful stuff. I swear there's something really dodgy about their Mayo too...

Yes, because it's 'General Discussion'.

And we love to read about it on a weekly basis.

Maybe the next time your ill your mother will buy you a BK meal and you can make a post about that.

Have you made a post yet about your trip to the toilet today? I'm sure people will want to know how that went............................

I see they have the 'Big Tasty' back again. When this first came out, I really liked it but there was something ..familiar... about the taste of the sauce that I couldn't place.
Then I realised. It had that same acidic tang as the aftertaste of vomit.*
And I still liked it! I just had to try not to think of vomit as I ate them.

When they brought the Big Tasty back last time they'd toned down the taste just a little. I haven't had one of the latest ones yet.

*Butyric acid, I think that is.

With regards to it being unhealthy, is it more unhealthier for a fat person than it is for a skinny person? Or is it just bad for you regardless?
