Let us know how it goes. Don't forget to thoroughly sanitise! Mead can be a bugger for foreign yeasts.

Yeah I haven't done a mead before but a few other brews so I'll clean like I did for those and hopefully everything will be good.
Not sure what honey to use, I'm thinking nothing too special as all the other flavours will be quite strong.
