mechanically recovered pork

Well if you like hotdogs which has 3 mechanically recovered animals (pig, chicken, turkey - in general) mooshed together. Then you should have no problem with this. Surely? :)

Generally speaking, the animals used for MSM come from batteries or equivalent.

I couldn't give a hoot whether the animals I eat are battery farmed or free range. They all taste good to me. It's all creature flesh, thank you very much :)
It's no different to picking up a bone and chewing the meat on it.

For authenticity, get a friend to soak you with a jet wash.

I laughed! But you're spot on as far as I'm concerned. Hungry now.

haven't had chops for ages, they were to expensive, but started spending more on meat so will have to get some.

I know it's a supermarket, but we had some chops from the Sainsbury's butcher counter last week and they were well decent. Must've been at least 1.5" thick, pretty big and with a decent amount of fat around the outside too. Can't remember the exact price, but it was something like £5 for three chops.

Yes :( I remember when I was a kid we used to practically fight to get the marrow.

I was lucky, my Sister used to hate the marrow so I automatically got her chop bone once she'd cut the meat off it. :D

Exactly, you can't beat a nice bit of offal. In fact, I've got some liver sitting in the fridge for Wednesday tea, Liver and Onions with gravy.
