Medal of Honor goes Modern Warfare

I'd love to see a modern versio ntbh.

blasting in on those huge armoured hovercraft and amphibious APcs being met by heavy artillery and anti tank fire, while naval guns and missiles fly into the enemy.

Running up though the automatic grenade launcher and 20mm explosive air bust machine-guns, hiding behind Apc/light tanks then running for more cover and newly formed shell holes (some sort of terrain deformation a necessity for such a landing) would be amazing.

This sounds good - looking forward to it. The last Medal of Honor had some great elements to it and felt very realistic; just a shame it was so short and the level design was a bit derivative.

Yeah lack of dedis on release killed Airborne. But at least they did release SADS <. Only problem was it was an unstable POS that randomly kicked all the players at the end of a round or needed to be reset 10 times a day.

'Classic' Objective mode is nice.

Check out the official website - link in 1st post - it sounds as though its a cross between Crysis & MW1. Which means it should be good. Hopefully.

I'm not counting on it being good but I am really hoping.

I still hope that one day they'll just remake mohaa mp.
Keep all the original maps and add some new ones and it would sell I bet.

Can't say im interested at all in this

Medal of Honor for me means WW2.

If they released a DX11, Polished, Improved AA/Spearhead/Breakthrough with modern physics, graphics, etc then i'd be all over it.

Not going to be buying this!

Medal of Honor for me means WW2.

Why on Earth do people keep saying this? CoD1, 2 and 3 were all WW2 games. Plus their expansions and console versions (Big Red One etc) and that is a LOT of WW2 titles under one franchise. Were people getting their knickers in a twist when CoD moved to the modern era too?

Cant say im a big fan of ww2 games anymore. Much more in favour of modern/futuristic FPS now.

So will have to take a look at this when it comes out.

More super ace US soldiers kicking ass, killing terrorists, saving helpless virgins, destroying dictators and saving the west from the evil east. Brilliant. :(

I look forward to this, the last few COD games have been good but I always felt the gun sounds were too weak compared to MoH sounds (kick down of large guns, recoil chings, ammo mag chings etc).

I didn't really play CoD/CoD2 at all in relation to MoH.

Also WW2 is far far far more interesting to me than any "Modern" Warfare.

I still play MoHAA:S even tho its over 8 years old!

I own BF2 but I hadn't played that since my 17th Birthday back in 2007! Played that for a year compared to 2004 IIRC MoH

Bleh, yet another bandwagon the devs are hopping onto, first ww2 european theatre, then pacific theatre, then vietnam (to a limited extent) and now modern warfare where story of the day is dodgy middle easterners and russians with stolen nukes.

Hooray for originality,
