£500 is what any pedigree cat/dog goes for round here. I have seen Savannah kittens in the local paper for that, but usually they're a good bit more.
These Savannah's were more than that, and are insured for their full value, but I'm not really gonna divulge a number on here

I'm not a big fan of cats normally, but they are beautiful. Some great pictures as well.
They cost £500 a pop, and I'm sure they are used to it, so its probably not too bad.
They can go for thousands, £500 is nothing.
Unless they get stolen, raped, run over, set on fire or tied to fireworks.
Which can happen to anyone, and not just pets...
It wont happen to house pets though.
