Mega File Sharing

It seems my account doesn't work and i never got a confirmation email :confused: Just tried to sign up with my other email and no confirmation through on that yet either... Strong fail on my part.

Well clearly you have no understanding of the topic you're trying to discuss.

The real reason he was raided isn't really because of the illegal content hosted, it was because of the music service he was about to announce, that was basically a way for musicians to distribute their music directly to their fans and get paid significantly more than they would have done going by the traditional method of record labels.

And what's stopping him doing that now? instead of opening another file host.

Ah I see, some other conspiracy theory that explains how he cannot do that..maybe mind controlled by the CIA?

The guy made a mint out of all the megaupload members and never refunded anyone. So, he kept money for services not-rendered, let alone the loss of private data of all the tiny segment of his law abiding members.

But you know the 'real' reason so there's no debate there.

It really is a point, he was raided because he resides in NZ and the CIA knew they could get away with an unlawful raid and siezure of his equipment and funds, because the NZ government were known to bend over backwards to the US.

Watch that video I posted. It's only 15 minutes. It might be total 'ollocks, but it makes for a convincing argument.

What? Are you complaining that he didn't do it already? Maybe the bit about him being arrested, and having his assets seized kinda explains that.

Well, you know, it's kinda hard to do that when he's denied access to all of that isn't it? As part of his bail.

Everything "MegaUpload" related was seized as "evidence". As above, get a clue.
