My position on drag racing is clear though, not interested in any way at all. Drag racing is only a judge of how much money has been put into an engine, nothing else.

I've spent a fortune on my engine but it would be beat by most modern stuff in a drag race

Id be interested in the idea.
Perhaps it should be more of a passenger ride day though.
Reason being the below scenario for me:

Fluffed up gearchanges at 7krpm

Would make me wince.
