Hi
I got the board back yesterday the EPU was stuck on in the Bios meaning it was always in energy saving mode. This is what was causing the issue. They fixed the EPU problem and reclocked the chip. I've had no problems since so I'm very happy especially considering how quick the fixed it with no fuss.

100% result - excellent! (A nice touch that OcUK reapplied the clock.)
