memory timings

my memory is probably crap :confused:

but what timings should I set for it in the bios? or is it just as well being left all auto?

i leave mine on auto and it at the rite speed

cool, is it only when overclocking you need to start messing with it? or even then is it not worth the hassle? Its the Asrock Dual Sata mobo, just I read somewhere that leaving things on auto in the bios is not the best for performance

Also to ask another question I have a spare 512mb of memory but its PC2700, I have tried them in the board and they work no conflicts but would it lessen the performance and not really be worth it?

i leave mine on auto even when overclocking i got 2.75 @ 1.475v on my x2 4400 from its 2.2 stock with my watercooling it only goes to 25-30oC as wel
