MemTest errors when CPU OC with Ryzen Master

Manual, since xmp gets waaaay too many errors.

end of MemTesting.
No problem yet in windows or light gaming, but MemTest still gets me errors when Ram set at 2133mhz, voltage 1.35 / SOC voltage 1.1
Timings 16 18 18 18 if I remember correctly.

what then? I keep it like it is, and pray my system holds on for a few years? Or RMA the CPU while I still can? I don't know what it can be at this point...

Last test finished.
Bios reset at stock values.
Getting same memtest errors as before with faster frequency / voltage boost.

They happen just like the report above, starting from the 2nd pass.

I just don't understand why.
I hope sending my cpu back will help, since that's what I'm about to do!
What do you think?

I tried running the test with only the nvme, 2 ssds and 2hdds unplugged.

Same error in memtest.

Since it ran ok on an old computer, something other than the ram is wrong in my PC.
Bios? The motherboard again? CPU?
I have no other idea than returning the cpu... Hope this will be the solution.
I just should have bought a big bottle of thermal paste on the first time

I'll let you guys know in a few weeks, time to get a new cpu and new ram.
I'll get ram which is strictly on the qvl for my MB to be sure.

New CPU, new RAM just installed. Main timings and voltage set manually, memtest running! Oh, and I updated the bios too.

3 passes for the moment, no error.

3200mhz, normal timings.
I have a feeling it's going to work ^^
I might even try to tighten the settings.

Guess it was a bad cpu after all...
