Men only clubs

The only way "men only clubs" can exist now without the woke mafia turning up, is by filling it with activities women don't tend to like.

I don't see a problem with men only clubs, just like I don't see a problem with women only clubs. If people want to join a mixed sex club then there are plenty of options.

Objecting on the grounds of equality seems a bit rich considering how exclusive membership seems to be anyway. The vast majority of the population wouldn't be able to join the club whatever sex they are.

1st world problems. It's a men's only club. If you don't like it leave and join a club that fits in with your own values. Women like to segregate themselves at times too. I'm pretty sure there are women only sport classes, yoga, circuits etc and there are women only gym's.

So much drama created these days due to DEI and I feel whilst initially people were very open minded around this topic the more it is being pushed onto us the more people will become annoyed and thus public support will be lost for it.

They had a trans issue a few years back and decided to accept trans women. There was a backlash in the media. But nothing since.

The WI accepted its first trans member in the 1970s and has explicitly allowed trans women since 2015. The Daily Mail only got wind of this policy last year and made a big drama out of it.

Why can't men have men clubs and woman have woman clubs.

Why can't woman create clubs that are as good or better?

It doesn't prevent mixed clubs also existing .

Clown world.

Read in the news about the Garrick gentlemen's club, the row seems to have been rumbling on for a while

Personally I don't see the problem having a gentleman only club, maybe men would like some time to themselves away from the bother of females.

There seems to be plenty of female only clubs, which don't seem to be getting the same attention. Maybe it's just the prestige of the Garrick, but I just don't understand the fuss being made.

Unfortunately I can't afford the likes of Garrick but if I could I think it would be a 2nd home for me so to speak.

I'm a cantankerous grumpy old fart though and I'm probably missing something
Just convert to Islam and then you can enjoy a men's only club every Friday

I don't see an issue with a single gender club, but I don't see an issue with having family events only where the whole family can come along.

Men's network can occur anywhere from the toliets, football matches on the putting green.. if they want to network; they will do so.

I used to have to spend work days at a large famous hospital and on the top floor there was a large room that took up most of the floor, it looked like a throw back to the victorian era Leather winchester chairs, huge tombs of books etc etc... There was never a female ever in the room during the my many visits, so I finally asked..
"The room is limited to consultants and their guests only... ladies are welcome if they are cosultants or a guest of one BUT they never come or stay too long..."
at which point I realised... maybe I shouldn't be taking my bucket of KFC in there and using it as a dinning room... lol

I think the freemasons are male only. But there is a sister organisation that is female only.

In modern times there is an attack on gender identity, which seems to come in the form of saying everyone is exactly the same (even biology is being attacked by some).

The majority of people roughly maintain their traditional gender identity, though now there is no guidance from our peers. This causes negative effects that have an impact on society.
