What's wrong with the ground combat video? I think it looks fun, don't forget the dev will have it on easy and has unlimited ammo.

So who's up for some co-op when it gets released? Game looks excellent! I have no idea how people can say it looks rubbish!
 
It just looks like a big jar of fun. There's no worry about realism, or anything. Nothing is able to compromise the aspect of having fun. I can't wait to play this with some friends. :cool:

I even bought a 360 mainly for this game. :p Luckily there are loads of other great titles being released.
 
The first game got boring very fast as it was essentially the same mission repeated 50 times. Not only the the area just felt just like a playground of destruction but nothing else and blowing stuff up got very tiresome after a while too. If there actully any story to this game this time other than hunting wanted people? If not I'll be giving it a miss I think.

That is true to an extent, but iirc you usually unlocked new stuff (like vehicles and airstrikes and whatnot) with pretty much every other mission you completed, so I think it did vary gameplay somewhat.
 
I liked the first so will be getting this, but if I'm honest the scripted 'destruction' of the buildings looks like arse :(

Yeah, it's like they all have a health meter and just fall to the ground when it reaches zero. They go from their 'normal state' to their 'destructed state'. But I still feel that's better than them all being static. Also, some buildings are built out of pieces, so you can destroy individual parts of them.
