Hmm how much work is needed to get one into an EG civic then? And what car is the engine out of?

Loads of kit needed to get it into an EG.

The K24 block is from the Acura TSX (2.4 that comes on some accords here) but the key is the K20a head on it. Means you get a Honda with a revs AND torque. :cool:

Not taking anything away from the cars but is it US bhp as Im always weary of US cars stating their bhp now as its not the same as ours. Impressive all the same though taking the Evo.

Its at the wheels BHP I think. If it is add approx 12% onto that Civic for transmission losses and your looking at 300BHP for that Civic.

One extremely fast car and I suspect it ways sod all.

I know but from my experience the ATW figures in the US roughly equates to ATF figures over here which is why I usually take the figures from the US and expect them to be lower over here.

As I said, Im not taking anything way from the car as it looks fast and is giving that Evo a good run for its money.

I take it you didn't read the posts above

Americans use SAE hp, we use DIN hp.

50 DIN = about 65 SAE hp
