I was going to say the same thing in that they should indicate before tunring, not whilst as there no point in that but then does look like you are mostly to blame.
I can't see what would have beeen bad in that video as you were behind him not him behind you, so what would happen you'd bump into the back of his van? i must be wrong by the replies from everyone but that what it looks like to me
I have almost been knocked off my bike before by a blooming white van coming round the corner on the wrong side of the raod and almost hitting me.
Also has happened going the other way as there is a car on the left side of the road so when cars come to the corner they have to be on the right side of the road and as its pretty much an only right turn road they come at some speed almost hitting me sometimes.
TBH though even if the driver is being stupid i still think that the biker shouldn't put themselves in any situation that cuold potentially be bad. I know you not supposed to be i always go on the path if a car is coming past me as i worry that i could randomly hit a big stone, maybe foot slip on the peddle or something, and then bam i fall into the road and dead.
