Personally I would apologise for the email state how you regret sending it in the manner that you did. If you are given the opportunity state constructively the issues and how you think they could be resolved. It might just turn the conversation around and you may even be seen in a much better light
This might make your immediate boss look like a douche for wasting the big boss's time
LOL I reckon it was bad news and the attitude displayed in the email is a daily thing so one of many warnings. if he treats work like us, ignoring people, not responding to queries, or just not showing up at all to finish what he started then p45 time
Ah well I've said it before (probably in the Asda thread) and I'll say it again now...
A rule of GD should be if you come on here asking for advice and people take their time to give it then you should have the courtesy to reply or get the boot.
Even if it's to say "the boss found the thread I can't say any more, I'm still employed/not employed" would do!
