Metroid Prime 3

Who's getting this game? It's officially released this Friday but a little bird has told me two things; it's released early in some shops already and unfortunately also is in limited supply. I do know that the game has shipped to the stores already. I will probably go down town later and poke around a bit, ask the people behind the counters about it.

So, anyone else looking forward to this game? It's been getting a heck of a lot of positive reviews and comments, especially the control scheme and cutscenes/voice acting which is almost unheard of for a Nintendo game.

Ive had the game for a couple of weeks now, very nice looking game and plays really well.

Tho im stuck at the Bryyo Seed

How are the controls, ive not yet managed to get on with any wii fps type game, it seems so alien to use in some of th previous stuff that has came out.

I played Metroid Prime on the Gamecube for about 5 minutes, then had to go. Didn't see any enemies or anything so I can't really make a solid judgement on it.

I only played about an hour of mp2 but i would have to say mp3 is a lot more shooty than the 2nd one, Ill say it again but i think the game control very well compared to other shooters on the Wii.

Getting this on friday, this is going to be an expensive couple of months, what with Mario/Metroid and a load of pc titles out on the 16th as well as a new 8800gt.

I'm really looking forward to MP3, I thoroughly enjoyed MP 1 and 2, although I must admit I got stuck on the last boss of 2

Ive decided to bump this thread as its shocking there arnt more MP3 threads considering its out today!!! lol.

I got mine this morning, however due to time-constraints, over the next few weeks, i'll be lucky to get a few hours with it.

Also I cant help but feel that this game has had virtually no coverage, considering how good reviews etc have been, seems odd.

). Actually saw an advert for it last night, complete with 'skinned' Wii remote.

Got mine yesterday .. And all i can say iw WOW!!!

Graphically stunning (who says the Wii is last gen this game looks soo nice).. And really nice to play. Got onto the 2nd planet now and im really enjoying it. Deffinetly the best so far.
