Sky are winding me up. Complaining that Ham hasn’t lit up the track... errr, there’s being consistent and there’s burning your tyres in to the ground.

The latter wasn’t going to get him on the podium. Maybe it would get him up there but I’d expect his tyres to drop off a cliff, a bit like I expect Vettels to do in t minus 15 laps.

He came out some 25 seconds or so behind Vettel in the first place and while at the time Vettel was passing Saubers and other cars, Hamilton was stuck behind a Renault which was a significantly faster car, it's night and day, but that 25 seconds alone meant if Vettel was in reach of 3rd, then Ham never had much more than 8th available anyway.

A combination of a car not 100% and a track that isn't great for slip streams is more likely.

Car is fine according to team, Vettel is having no such issues, not the first time Hamilton has gone back and not come forward as quick as I would expect.

I hope his engines goes pop tbh. Maybe then he won’t be laughing when his team tell him to wind it in.

I can see why people like him but he just comes across as a bit of a nipple and i find it hard to try and like him.. Especially after what he was like last week and all the rubbish he was talking about the stewards decision.
