MI5 age limit?

Just currious but what does navy and weapon experiance count for when you join MI5 i thought they sat behind desks working out who were the baddies?

Do they do james bond stuff too ?

or is that MI6?

They have field based jobs I'm sure, he had a desk job in the navy as well.

I think he would like something hands on, he doesn't like to be sitting around.

I would have thought so, but thats more MI6 I think.. MI5 is james bond in the back yard basically.

Depends which jobs you go for, they have desk roles but also jobs in the field (though not internationally, that's the job of the SIS), the height restrictions I believe are for field roles, they don't like field agents sticking out in a crowd.

MI5 once asked me to work for them. I declined because I knew I could do better. I was over qualified.

Aye, they have got all kinds of jobs there. Some are classed as 'IT-Related' so even basic IT grunts have jobs there. They got some funny names for the departments as well.

MI5 is the home security, MI6 is international security.

"James Bond" stuff doesn't happen. At least not in that way. Sure, there are assasins and spys etc, but not in that way.
