Cars aren't built around anyone. It's been said time and time again by the commentary. The team will build the fastest car possible. The drivers have to adapt to it.

Absolute carp.

If there is a distinct number one who has been in the team a while, and will stay with the team a while, the car will very definitely be built around their preferences.

Be it a neutral chassis, or one predisposed to oversteer or understeer, or one that is basically very nervous, not fully planted.

The number two will just have to adapt.
