If there is a distinct number one who has been in the team a while, and will stay with the team a while, the car will very definitely be built around their preferences.

Be it a neutral chassis, or one predisposed to oversteer or understeer, or one that is basically very nervous, not fully planted.

The number two will just have to adapt.
