Some people are not allowed pets in a rented property, or are allergic, or can't be bothered with having a pet.

That's their problem, not mine. None of those are acceptable excuses for not having a cat.

That is why the trap is still there. I could understand more than one mouse in the spring but is there a chance of just one in the summer/autumn?

Occasionally there is just the one rogue mouse but you're right in saying that if you see one, there are usually more around. In my case I only saw the one mouse in a bedroom and after I took the steps listed in my last post, I've not seen any more. There have been 10 separate traps set in that room for a couple of months now and none of them have gone off.

My chief mouse killer Berbatov has since found the whole, it was a drill hole for the radiator piping and has been sitting there all day keeping watch. I give it two days before there all gone.

Shes eating one as I type haha.
