Hi,
So I've upgraded my main rig with a 5800X-3D and now have a spare Ryzen 9 3900X and I want to build a micro-atx rig as a present for my son around it, so that he can take it with him to Uni next term.
I've got spare DDR4 memory to hand and will be upgrading my gigabyte windforce 2080 super so that will also be available for the micro-atx build too.
The 2080 super's dimensions are: L=286 W=114 H=50 mm
I do also have an Asus ROG Stryx 1080TI dimensions are: L=298 W=134 H=52.5 mm that could be used.
Drives are no problem as I can take nvme and an SSD from an existing build for it.
What motherboard and case would you kind folk recommend?
Also what CPU cooling should I use?
I do have a brand new white Arctic Freezer34 eSports Duo to hand which is 124 x 157 x 103 mm, shall I just use that or get something else?
Trying to keep the cost down but £300-£400 would be fine for me.
TIA
